Carme Sala

Freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer Carme Sala’s career spans more than 25 years. Carme, who lives in Barcelona, Spain, specializes in illustrating seasonal cards and children's books. Her passion for designing and creating new products has not stopped there. 

“For my happiness, a universe full of beautiful stuff is waiting to be created,” says Carme. “My works have been published and sold in many countries. I love seeing my characters travel more than myself. I seek complicity through my drawings and like to express innocence and tenderness, always using simple language and a pinch of humor.”
